📅 The date that decides your year

To be funded, a parent must have notified and been accepted by an associate board or associate private school before September 30. A home education program accepted after September 29 is not funded for that school year, including a switch from an online or regular program. If you have not notified yet, do that first — then come back and spend it.

Can Alberta home education funding be used for tutoring?

Yes. Do unused funds carry over to next year?

How much is the parent portion?
